Cookbook Committee Report

The Cookbook Committee has been working hard this summer editing and formatting recipes so that all are consistent. We plan to get them ready to send to Anne VanBeber early this fall so that her students can do the nutritional analyses. Our next step is to begin organizing and drafting the manuscript.
